By using this website you agree to these terms. Work we carry out is also governed by the written quote you approve; if the two differ, your approved quote controls.

Use of this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it or interfere with how it works.

Quotes and prices

• Prices on this site and from the online estimator are typical ranges for guidance, not offers.
• A binding price is given only in a written quote after a site visit.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Plants and materials are listed separately at cost. Extra work found during a job needs your written approval before it is done or charged.

Seasonal Care Plan

The plan is billed monthly at the price in your written agreement. Either side may end it with 30 days' written notice. Visits missed because of weather are rescheduled, not charged.

Scheduling and cancellations

You may cancel or move a visit at no charge with 24 hours' notice. We may reschedule for weather or safety and will tell you as soon as we can.

Payment

Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due on completion. Larger projects may need a deposit of up to 30% to order plants and materials, shown on the quote.

Plants and guarantees

New plants we install are guaranteed for one growing season against failure caused by our planting, provided they are watered as advised. The guarantee does not cover damage from drought, flooding, frost beyond the plant's rated zone, pests, animals or changes made by others.

Access and property

You agree to give us safe access to the garden and to tell us about hazards, underground lines or irrigation we should know about. We take reasonable care to protect your property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of this website. Our liability for services is limited to the terms of your approved quote and our insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
